Connect Google Sheets to keep a live copy of your data

Link one Google spreadsheet and the app keeps four tabs updated automatically with leads, bookings, automation activity and payments.

Open this screen in the app ↗

This connection gives you a Google spreadsheet that fills itself — every new lead, booking, payment and automation event is written to it as it happens.

Connect your Google account

  1. Open Integrations at /integrations and click the Google Sheets card.
  2. To use a spreadsheet you already have, paste its link into Spreadsheet link (optional) — leave it blank and a new spreadsheet is created for you.
  3. Click Connect with Google, sign in and allow access.
  4. You are returned to the app and see "Google Sheets connected".

Note

The app only asks Google for permission to work with spreadsheets — not your Drive, your Gmail or your Calendar.

What lands in which tab

  • Leads — New contacts and funnel form submissions. Columns: Timestamp, Event, Contact ID, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Source, Status.
  • Calendar Bookings — Form submissions that carry booking details. Columns: Timestamp, Booking ID, Contact ID, Name, Email, Phone, Event, Booking Status.
  • Finance — Payments. Columns: Timestamp, Provider, Payment ID, Contact ID, Name, Email, Phone, Amount, Currency, Status, Payment Tag.
  • Automation — Tag changes, pipeline moves and other automation events. Columns: Timestamp, Event, Contact ID, Source, Tag, From Stage, To Stage, Event ID.
Note

Missing tabs are created with their header row when you connect. A tab that already has a header row is left exactly as it is, so you can rearrange your own sheet without it being overwritten.

Beyond the four automatic tabs, a workflow's Google Sheets Row step can append rows of your own design to any tab.

Google sign-in has to be switched on for the whole platform first. If you see the amber banner "Google login setup is pending", Connect with Google will not work — that is a platform setup step, not something you can fix from your account.

If Google Sheets is not connected, nothing is exported — quietly. There is no error and no queue; only events from after you connect appear in the sheet.

Rows are written using the Google account you signed in with, so any spreadsheet you paste in must be one that account can edit. Duplicate events are skipped. Integrations need a Pro or Premium coach plan, and only a workspace admin can connect them.
