Reports

See the results of one campaign you sent

Every campaign you have sent has its own results screen with per-recipient activity and a breakdown of which links were clicked.

Open this screen in the app ↗

Opening a sent campaign shows its results instead of the editor: how many were sent, opened and clicked, who did what, and which links people used.

  1. Click Email in the left menu.
  2. Click Campaigns.
  3. Click a campaign whose status is Sent.
Important

Results only appear for campaigns with the status Sent. A draft or a scheduled campaign opens the editor instead, with no numbers.

The five number cards

Opened, Clicked and Bounced each show a count and a percentage of Sent.

  • Sent — Emails whose recorded state is sent, opened or clicked. Bounced emails and failed attempts are not included.
  • Unsubscribed — Counts email records marked as unsubscribed.
Important

Unsubscribed on this screen always reads 0 — nothing in the platform ever marks an email record as unsubscribed; an unsubscribe changes the contact instead. For a real figure, use the Unsubscribed card on Email Reports.

Sent here is counted differently from Sent on Email Reports, which includes bounced and failed attempts. The two screens show different totals for the same campaign, and both are behaving as designed.

A/B Test Result

Appears only when the campaign was sent with a second subject line, listing both versions with sends, opens and open rate. Winner: A / Winner: B marks the higher open rate; Too close to call appears when either version went to fewer than 10 people or the rates are within 2 percentage points — treat that as no result, not a tie.

Campaign Performance

The same five figures drawn as a bar chart — it adds no new information.

Recipient Activity

One row per recipient, newest first, with a status tag and the time of their open.

  1. Click All, Opened, Clicked or Not Opened to narrow the list.

Only the first 50 rows are shown; a line reading "+N more" appears when there are others. Times are IST.

The Links Clicked table, showing which links in this email people actually used. diagram
  • Link URL — One row for every link currently in the email — including ones with zero clicks — plus any clicked link since removed from the email.
  • Clicks — Total clicks recorded on that link. The same person clicking twice counts twice.
  • % of Opens — Clicks divided by Opened. Clicks are counted per click and opens per email, so this can go above 100%.

All figures are recalculated from your email records each time you open the page.
