Getting started

What this platform does, and the order to set it up

A tour of what lives in your workspace, and the sequence to switch things on so nothing is blocked later.

Open this screen in the app ↗

Marketing Automation is one workspace holding your contacts, funnel pages, booking calendar, emails, WhatsApp messages and follow-up rules, so the same person is tracked from first click to paying client.

The order below matters — an email campaign will not send until your sender address is connected, and a follow-up sequence has nothing to start from until a funnel form or booking page exists.

  1. Open app.advancedlifecoaching.in in your browser.
  2. Type the address your account was created with into Work email.
  3. Type your password into Password.
  4. Click Sign in.
Important

Forgot password? on the sign-in screen does nothing when you click it. If you cannot get in, ask support to send you a reset. Once signed in, you can change your own password under Settings → Business Profile → Password & Security.

Note

There is no sign-up form. Accounts are created for you by the Advanced Life Coaching team, so use the address they set up.

What you land on

After signing in you land on the Dashboard: a grid of module tiles and nothing else. The left-hand menu appears as soon as you open any module, and it is the reliable list of what your workspace has.

The order to set things up

  1. Check what your workspace has: read the tiles under Workspace modules on the Dashboard, then open any module and read the left-hand menu.
  2. Open Settings → Business Profile. Save your display name and photo, then fill in Email Branding.
  3. Open Settings → Domains & Email and check the Email sender tab reads Connected. Nothing goes out by email until it does.
  4. Connect your own web address on the Website domain tab. This step is optional and can wait.
  5. Create your labels in Settings → Tags before you import anybody.
  6. Add your people under Contacts → All Contacts.
  7. Build the thing a client actually arrives at: a page under Funnels, or a booking type under Calendar Automation.
  8. Turn on follow-up in Email → Sequences, now that there is something for it to start from.
  9. Add rules under Automation for anything a sequence cannot do on its own.
  10. Check what is working under Reports.

Two starting points run automatically today: New lead (someone submits one of your funnel forms) and Call booked (someone books through your booking page). Payment received never fires automatically — a Razorpay payment currently stops follow-up rather than starting it — and Tag from Settings can be saved as a draft but not activated.

Sequence emails are not sent the moment a step falls due. They go out on a 15-minute cycle, and nothing at all is sent between 10pm and 8am IST.

If a tile or menu item you expected is missing, that module is not switched on for your workspace. See 'Understand your workspace and which modules are switched on'.
