Bookings

Share, embed, or pause your booking link

Get the public link for an event type, put it on your website, or stop taking bookings for a while.

Open this screen in the app ↗

Every event type has a public link that anyone can open — no account needed. The same panel gives you code to drop the calendar straight into your own website.

  • The switch — Pauses or activates the event. Grey and left means paused.
  • The open-in-new-window icon — Opens your public booking page exactly as a client sees it.
  • The link icon — Copies the booking link — "Booking link copied!" confirms it.
  • The three-dots icon — A small menu with Edit event, Embed, and Delete.
  1. Find the event in the Event types list, or type its name into the Search box.
  2. Click the link icon to copy the booking link.
  3. Paste it into an email, a WhatsApp message, or a button on your website.

Putting the calendar inside your own website

  1. Click the three-dots icon on the event row.
  2. Choose Embed.
  3. Click the copy button beside the block you need.
  4. Click Close.
  5. Paste the code into your website page.
  • Direct Link — The plain booking address, for messages and email.
  • iFrame — Code that puts a compact booking calendar inside one of your own web pages.
  • Link — A ready-made "Book a call" link for a page where you can paste HTML.

Note

The address in these blocks uses the event's Public domain if you chose one, otherwise your workspace's connected domain, otherwise the standard app address.

Pausing an event

Click the switch on the event row to pause it. The row gets an Inactive label.

Important

While an event is paused, anyone opening its booking link sees "Booking page not found". Nothing tells them you are simply on a break, so take the link down or replace it with a note.

Pausing does not affect existing bookings — clients who already booked can still open their manage link to reschedule or cancel.

Deleting an event

  1. Click the three-dots icon on the event row.
  2. Choose Delete.
  3. Confirm when asked "Delete this event?".

Deleting is permanent and there is no undo. If you only want to stop taking bookings, use the switch instead.
