Reports
Read your Growth & Trends dashboard
Growth & Trends is the one screen that shows whether your list, your automations and your sequences are moving in the right direction over time.
Open this screen in the app ↗Growth & Trends shows how your contact list is growing and how your automations and sequences are performing, week by week. Use it for the direction of travel rather than the result of one particular email.
This screen needs the Advanced Reports module on your workspace. If you do not see it in the menu, it is not switched on for you.
- Click Reports in the left menu.
- Click Growth & Trends.
- Read the four cards across the top, then work down the page.
The four cards at the top
Look at: The row of four cards across the top of the page
- Total Contacts — Every contact record, including unsubscribed contacts and bounced addresses — a record count, not a mailable-audience count.
- New Contacts (30d) — Contacts added in the last 30 days, counted back from right now — not from the start of the month.
- Active Automations — Automations whose status is active. The smaller line underneath is your total number of automations.
- Active Sequences — Sequences whose status is active. The smaller line underneath is your total number of sequences.
Contact Growth
A bar for each week in which at least one contact was added; only the most recent eight weeks are shown.
Bar labels read week-of-month and month, such as "W2 Mar", with no year — contacts added in the same week of the same month in different years land in the same bar. Weeks with no new contacts get no bar at all, so the spacing is not evenly spaced time.
Contact Tags
Your six most-used tags, with the number of contacts carrying each one. Bar length is measured against your biggest tag, not your total contacts — the top tag always fills the bar.
Automation Performance
One row per automation that has run at least once; automations that have never run are left out.
- enrolled — How many times a contact entered this automation — entries, not people.
- completed — How many of those entries reached the end.
- failed — Entries that stopped with an error. Only shown when above zero.
- % completion — Completed divided by enrolled, rounded to a whole number.
Sequence Performance
One row per sequence with at least one enrolment.
- enrolled — Contacts put into this sequence in total, including people who have since stopped.
- completed — Contacts who reached the last email.
- % completion — Completed divided by enrolled. Contacts who unsubscribed, bounced or bought partway through never reach completed, so a healthy sequence can still show a modest percentage.

Email Engagement Trend — Last 14 Days
Two lines over the last 14 days: Sent and Opened.
This chart counts every email recorded in your workspace — sequence email, campaign email, booking confirmations, reminders and failed attempts. Email Reports excludes booking and transactional mail from its Marketing view, so the two screens will not agree. Use Email Reports for marketing numbers.
