Getting started

Add a team member to your workspace

How a second person gets into your workspace, what they will see when they do, and why there is no invite button to find.

Open this screen in the app ↗

A team member signs in with their own email address and works inside your workspace — the same contacts, funnels, campaigns and bookings you see, narrowed to the parts you want them in.

Important

There is no invite screen inside Marketing Automation — nothing under Settings creates a team member. Access is granted from your coach workspace on the Advanced Life Coaching side: 'Please ask Super Admin to enable it from the LMS coach workspace.'

Ask for the access

  1. Click Need Help? at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
  2. Click Open WhatsApp group to reach the support team, or use the booking calendar further down the same page to take a support call.
  3. Give the person's full name and the exact email address they will sign in with.
  4. List the modules they should have: Contacts, Calendar Automation, Funnels, Email, WhatsApp, Automation, Reports, Integrations, Settings.
  5. Say, for each module, whether they should be able to change things or only look.

The two roles

  • Workspace admin — Full run of the workspace. Only this role can connect, check or remove a website address, send the sender test email, or set up integrations.
  • Team member — Everyone else. Their access is recorded module by module, so someone can have full use of Contacts and no access at all to Reports.

The four access levels

  • No access — The module is removed from that person's left-hand menu.
  • View only — The screen opens with a yellow View-only access bar at the top, and buttons, forms and typing are switched off on it.
  • Can edit — Normal use of the screen.
  • Full access — Normal use of the screen.

A workspace admin is not affected by these per-module settings — they keep everything the workspace has switched on.

Keeping track of what they do

Every change is recorded against the person who made it. Open Settings → Audit Logs and read the Activity Timeline: each row names the item, what happened to it (created, updated or deleted), and the email address behind it.

  1. Click Settings, then Audit Logs.
  2. Click Changes to hide integration events and show only edits people made.
  3. Type a name, an email address or an item into the search box to narrow the list.
  4. Click Refresh to pull in anything from the last few minutes.

Note

Passwords and keys never appear in these logs.
