Set your weekly availability
Choose which days you take calls and during which hours, so clients only ever see times that suit you.
Open this screen in the app ↗Weekly availability tells the booking page which days and hours to offer. Every event type has its own availability.
You set it on the Availability screen while creating an event, or later by opening the event and clicking Availability on the left.
Look at: The Monday row, showing its on/off switch, its time boxes, and the Copy to all and Add time buttons
- Click Availability in the Event setup list.
- Switch off any day you do not take calls — the row greys out and reads "No slots will be shown".
- Set the start and end time for each day you kept on.
- Click Add time on a day with a break — for example 09:00 to 12:00, then 14:00 to 18:00.
- Click Copy to all on your most typical day.
- Click Next, or Save Event on an existing event.
Copy to all copies both the hours and the on/off state — copying from a switched-off day switches every day off. Copy from a working day first, then switch days off afterwards.
Times are read in the timezone under Your timezone on Limits & buffers; clients elsewhere see them converted to their own clock, and the page tells them your timezone.
You cannot leave the screen with every day off — "Add at least one available day and time block". A window whose end is not after its start is also rejected, naming the day to fix.
How the hours become bookable slots
Each window fills with slots from its start, stepping by the call length plus your buffer — 09:00 to 12:00 with a 30-minute call and no buffer offers 09:00, 09:30, 10:00, and so on. A slot must fit wholly inside the window, and is removed if already booked, inside a blocked time, or closer than your Min Notice (hours).
Blocking holidays and one-off dates
- Click Blocked dates in the Event setup list.
- Pick the day in Date.
- Type a short Reason (optional).
- Leave Block entire day ticked, or untick it and set a start and end time.
- Click Block Holiday.
- Save the event.
Blocked dates apply to this event type only — away on a Friday, block it on every event you offer.
