Connect Meta Ads to see your Facebook ad numbers
Link your Facebook ad account so spend, clicks, leads and purchases appear on the Meta Ads dashboard inside the app.
Open this screen in the app ↗This connection lets the app read the numbers from your Facebook ad account and show them on the Meta Ads screen, so you stop switching between Ads Manager and this app.
Look at: The Meta Ads card and its View setup button
Sign in with Facebook
- Open Integrations at /integrations, click the Meta Ads card, then click View setup.
- Click Connect Facebook — Facebook's sign-in screen opens in a new tab.
- Sign in and approve the request. You are returned to the app with "Choose the Meta ad account and page to finish setup".
The Connect button on the card does not start the Facebook sign-in — it just opens the Meta Ads screen. Start the sign-in from Connect Facebook inside that screen.
The sign-in opens in a new tab, so your browser must allow pop-ups for this site — otherwise nothing opens.
Choose which account to report on
- In the Account selection box, pick your account from Ad account, and your Facebook page from Page if one is offered.
- Click Save selection. The status changes to Connected.
Until you click Save selection the card shows Needs attention, not Connected. Signing in to Facebook on its own is not enough.
If Facebook returns no ad account for the login you used, setup stops with "No Meta ad account was returned for this Facebook login". Sign in with the Facebook profile that has access to the ad account.
Facebook sign-in has to be switched on for the whole platform first. If you see the amber banner "Facebook login setup is pending", Connect Facebook is disabled — that is a platform setup step.
Read the dashboard
The dashboard shows spend, impressions, clicks, leads and purchases for the range, with a chart and a per-ad table. Sync reloads the numbers from Meta; Today / 7D / 30D are quick ranges; Custom needs both dates before anything loads.
If a range comes back empty, try a wider range or check the campaigns are actually running in Meta Ads Manager. If the connection has dropped, a Connect Meta Ads button takes you back to setup.
The connection asks Meta for reporting access only — it reads your numbers, it does not change your ads — and is saved for this workspace alone. "Showing platform Meta Ads reporting" means the numbers come from a shared platform account; you can still connect your own from Integrations.
