Connect Zoom so every booking gets its own meeting link
Connect your Zoom account once and each new booking creates its own meeting, with the join link added to confirmations and reminders.
Open this screen in the app ↗This connection lets the app create a separate Zoom meeting for each booking, using your own Zoom account — no reused personal room that clients can walk in on, and no pasting links.

Connect your Zoom account
- Open Integrations at /integrations and click Connect on the Zoom card.
- Sign in to Zoom and allow the requested access.
- You are returned to the app and see "Zoom connected". The screen now reads "Connected as" followed by your Zoom email address.
Switch a booking event over to Zoom
- Open Bookings at /bookings and edit the event you want.
- Set the location to Zoom and save the event.
With Zoom connected, the link box disappears and the event reads "Zoom is connected — a unique meeting link is created automatically for every booking. No link needed."
What happens for each booking
- On booking — A new Zoom meeting is created in your connected account and its join link saved on that booking.
- In emails — The join link is used in the confirmation and in the reminders.
- On reschedule — The existing meeting is moved to the new time rather than a second one being created.
- On cancellation — The Zoom meeting is deleted.
Without Zoom connected, choosing the Zoom location makes the Zoom Meeting Link box required — and that single pasted link is shared by every booking on the event.
Zoom has to be switched on for the whole platform first. If setup fails with "Zoom is not configured for this platform yet", that is a platform step, not something you can fix from your account.
If Zoom cannot be reached when a booking comes in, the booking still goes through using whatever link is stored on the event. Integrations need a Pro or Premium coach plan, and only a workspace admin can connect them.
