Put your own web address on your funnel and booking links
Connect a subdomain such as go.yourdomain.com so funnel pages and booking links carry your brand instead of the platform's.
Open this screen in the app ↗Connecting a web address changes what your clients see in the link bar: instead of the shared platform address, your funnel pages and booking calendar sit on something like go.yourdomain.com/your-funnel.
Do it before you start sharing links widely — links you have already sent out will not change on their own. It takes about two minutes on this side, plus one record added at your domain provider.
Connect the address
- Click Settings in the left-hand menu, then Domains & Email.
- Stay on the Website domain tab.
- Click Connect a domain.
- Type the address you want, for example go.yourdomain.com.
- Click Continue.
- Copy the two values shown on the next step, using Copy host for Host / Name to enter and Copy for Value / Points to.
- Open your domain provider in another browser tab and add a CNAME record with those two values, leaving TTL at the default.
- Come back here and click I've added the record.
- Wait while the check runs.
It has to be a subdomain. A bare address such as yourdomain.com, or a www address, is refused — Continue stays greyed out and the screen offers prefixes such as go, funnels, book or pages instead. Your main website is never touched by this.
If your domain provider has a proxy switch, choose DNS only. The secure connection is handled for you.
DNS changes are not instant — a few minutes is normal and up to 24 hours is possible. Your setup is already saved, so you can close the window and click Check status later.
After it is saved
- Check status — Runs the check again now and updates the badge.
- View DNS record — Reopens the record so you can copy the two values again.
- Remove — Disconnects the address from this workspace.
- Waiting for DNS — The record has not been seen yet. Check the values match exactly, then check again.
- Securing domain — Your record was found and the secure link is being switched on. Usually minutes, up to 24 hours.
- Action required — Something needs one more look. The message under the badge says which part.
- Connected — Ready to use for funnels and booking pages.
Once it reads Connected, choose the address inside your funnel settings and your calendar event settings — connecting it here does not move existing links on its own.
There are no email records to add here; the address your emails are sent from is handled separately on the Email sender tab.
Only a workspace admin can add, check or remove a website address.
