Understand your workspace and which modules are switched on
Why some menu items are missing for you, what each module covers, and what the various 'not enabled' messages mean.
Open this screen in the app ↗Your workspace is your own private area: your contacts, funnels, campaigns and bookings are kept separate from every other coach's.
Which parts of the product you can open is decided by a set of switches on your workspace, so two coaches can sign in at the same address and see different menus.
Where to look
The left-hand menu is the honest list. A module that is switched off is removed from the menu completely, along with all of its sub-items. The menu is on every screen except the Dashboard.

The Dashboard tiles are not filtered the same way. CRM, Lead Pipeline, Calendar Automation, Funnels and Settings always show a tile, even when the module is off for you — clicking one bounces you back to the Dashboard with 'That module isn't enabled for this workspace yet.' Trust the left-hand menu over the tiles.
What each module covers
- Contacts — All Contacts, Lead Pipeline, and saved segments.
- Calendar Automation — Booking event types, your public booking links, and the bookings that come in.
- Funnels — All funnel projects, their pages, and the page editor.
- Email — Inbox, Sequences, Campaigns and Templates — plus the Email Reports entry under Reports.
- WhatsApp — The WhatsApp Dashboard, Inbox, Campaigns, Templates and Settings.
- Automation — The workflow list and the workflow builder.
- Integrations — The Meta Ads, Razorpay, Zoom and Google Sheets connections.
- Reports — Growth & Trends, Attribution and Meta Ads. Email Reports sits in the same menu group but follows the Email switch instead.
- Settings — Business Profile, Domains & Email, Audit Logs and Tags. If this switch is off the entire Settings group vanishes from the menu.
- AI Coach — An extra. It stays hidden unless it has been added to your workspace.
- Ask AI and Need Help? — Always available to everyone. No switch controls these two.
On the Pro Coach and Premium plans every standard module is switched on. AI Coach is the one exception — it is always a separate add-on.
Messages that mean something is switched off
- That module isn't enabled for this workspace yet — You opened the address of a module that is off. You are returned to the Dashboard.
- Marketing Automation not enabled — Your whole workspace has no access — the screen asks you to have Super Admin enable it from the LMS coach workspace. The same screen appears when a workspace is locked over an unpaid or overdue subscription; then every module goes dark at once.
- Marketing Automation access is not enabled for this account — Your sign-in works, but your account is not set up as a coach or team member on any workspace.
- Your account profile could not be loaded — Refresh the page. If it repeats, contact support.
Your workspace name is shown in the top bar of every screen, and again under your picture in the top right.
