Reports

Check how a sequence is performing

Every sequence has a Reports tab showing what went out day by day, which email is doing the work, and where contacts are sitting right now.

Open this screen in the app ↗

The Reports tab on a sequence breaks its performance down email by email and day by day, and shows where each contact currently sits — use it to find the one email that is losing people.

  1. Click Email in the left menu.
  2. Click Sequences.
  3. Click the sequence you want to look at.
  4. Click Reports at the top of the sequence panel.
  5. Pick a period: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days or All time.

Note

The period starts on Last 7 days. Today and Yesterday are calendar days in IST; Last 7 days and Last 30 days count backwards from the current moment, not from midnight.

Sequence Performance

  • Sent in range — Emails from this sequence recorded in the period, including any that failed to go out.
  • % Opened — Emails in the period with an open recorded, as a count and a share of Sent in range.
  • % Clicked — The same, for clicks.
  • Converted — Emails in the period sent to a contact marked as paid — emails, not people, and not proof the email caused the payment.

Daily Sending Report

A table of the period: Date, Sent, Opened, Clicked, Open Rate and Click Rate. Dates are IST.

Note

Days with no sends are missing from the table rather than shown as zero rows — a gap means no sends, not missing data.

Sequence Timeline

One row per email in the sequence, in order, showing what is happening at that step right now.

  • Sent to N · N opened (X%) — Everyone has moved past this email. Shown with a tick.
  • N waiting · sends in Xh Ym — Contacts are sitting at this step and the next send is due in that long.
  • Sending now… (N queued) — The send time has passed and the 15-minute sweep has not picked these up yet.
  • Sends immediately / Sends Nh after previous — Nobody has reached this email yet. It shows the wait you configured.

The counts inside the timeline badges are all-time, not filtered by your period. Only the Sequence Performance tiles, the Daily Sending Report and the per-email cards follow the period.

The summary line under the timeline

N active in pipeline are contacts currently moving through the sequence; N completed reached the end; N stopped after payment had their enrolment stopped before the end.

"Stopped after payment" also includes contacts stopped for other reasons — someone who unsubscribed, whose address bounced, or who marked your email as spam. Do not read it as a count of buyers.

The per-email cards

One card per email, numbered in order, with its subject line, its wait time, and Sent, opened, clicked and Converted for the period — plus the list of people who received it, their open and click times, and a Paid badge where it applies.

  1. Click All, Opened, Clicked or Not Opened on a card to filter its list of people.

The filter buttons are shared across all the email cards — choosing Opened on one card changes every card on the page.
