See traffic and opt-ins for one funnel

The Stats tab on a funnel shows page views, visitors and opt-ins for each step, so you can see which page in the funnel is losing people.

Open this screen in the app ↗

The Stats tab shows how many people saw each page of a funnel and how many opted in — use it to find the step where visitors drop off.

  1. Click Funnels in the left menu.
  2. Click All Projects.
  3. Click the funnel you want to look at.
  4. Click the Stats tab.
  5. Pick 7 days, 30 days or 90 days, or type your own dates into the two date boxes.
  6. Click Refresh to reload the figures.

The four summary cards

  • Page views — Every load of a page in this funnel, including repeat visits by the same person.
  • Unique visitors — The number of different people behind those views.
  • Opt-ins — Leads in your contact list — counted from your own contact records, not visitor tracking, so it is exact and covers traffic from before tracking was switched on.
  • Conversion — Opt-ins divided by unique visitors.

The per-step table

One row per page, with that page's views, unique visitors, clicks on buttons and calls to action, opt-ins recorded by visitor tracking, and its conversion (opt-ins divided by unique). A dash (—) means zero.

Important

The Opt-ins card and the Opt-ins column are two different numbers from two different places. The card counts contacts whose campaign value is this funnel's code; the column counts opt-in events recorded by visitor tracking on that page. A lead who arrived from an ad carries the ad's campaign name instead, so they show in the column but not in the card.

If visitor tracking is not connected

An amber panel reads "Visitor tracking isn't connected yet." Page views, Unique visitors and Clicks stay empty and Conversion cannot be worked out; the Opt-ins card still works because it is counted from your contact records.

Important

Page views, unique visitors and clicks only exist from the day tracking was switched on — earlier traffic cannot be recovered, so an older funnel can show a full opt-in count next to empty traffic columns.

These numbers are for this funnel only, and no other coach can see them.
